What to Expect:
My nutrition packages include follow-up sessions as I don't believe in a one-and-done mentality when we are trying to make lasting, meaningful change.
Initial Session:

This session is an opportunity to get to know one another & lay the foundation for our work together. During this comprehensive assessment, we will explore your eating behaviours, relationship with food and movement, review medical and lifestyle history and develop personal goals.
Follow-up Sessions:

I will work collaboratively with you to identify any challenges that may be preventing you from reaching your goals & new areas that you may wish to work on. We'll work together to understand your eating behaviours, improve your mindset around food and body, inspire more self-compassion, cultivate positive self-talk, build resiliency & improve your self-care practices.
