Welcome!
A little bit about me...

Jodi Richardson, registered dietitian nutritionist

Jodi Richardson, RD
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

I've been a registered dietitian for over 15 years, and I've worked in all sorts of settings. But now, I'm all about helping folks do the brave work of breaking free from diet culture.

In many ways, I am not your typical dietitian. I don't provide meal plans, or tell you what you can and can't eat. That's not my style. I believe your relationship with food is as important (if not more so) than the food you eat. Instead, our work together moves beyond 'what' to eat. It is based on empowering you to reconnect with your body to find a way of eating that is sustainable and feels good to you!

Connection and compassion are at the heart of my work. I strive to create a healing and inclusive space where you feel truly heard & supported.

I am so honoured to be able to share this journey with you!

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family & friends. Gardening, camping, and hiking are a few of my favourite ways to connect with nature and recharge.
